Anthony Gerresheim

Co-Founder and Managing Director

Anthony Gerresheim is the Co-Founder and the Managing Director of Omnia Technology Group. Anthony has overseen Omnia’s growth as Managing Director, leading the company from start-up in January 2017 to today, operating with over 260 engineers across Australia and supporting some of Australia’s most recognisable companies and IT partners.

Anthony has held senior positions in Operations, Sales and Marketing in established and start up national IT hardware support companies. This extensive experience over 28 years covers all aspects of IT hardware support on a national and international scale. Encompassing such industries as retail, grocery, public transport, payphone, fast food/QSR, hospitality, gaming, lottery, government, corporate, banking, last mile logistics, petroleum, vendors and integrators throughout Australia and New Zealand.

Anthony is obsessed with the customer experience, leading a team of likeminded people with the vision to be the best, a respected and trusted advisor, offering a fresh and alternative approach to geographical deployment and maintenance of IT hardware.

Lathan Sutrave

Co-Founder and Director of Operations

Lathan Sutrave is the Co-Founder and the Director of Operations of Omnia Technology Group, starting the business with Anthony Gerresheim in January 2017.

Lathan managed an IT hardware procurement and fabrication business for over 15 years. Sourcing spare parts from around the globe to support IT maintenance and rollout project services, and specialising in end of life and out of warranty equipment. This extensive experience encompasses such industries as retail, grocery, public transport, payphone, fast food/QSR, hospitality, gaming, lottery, banking and petroleum.

Lathan manages all aspects of Service Delivery and creating collaborative high performing teams that deliver real value and tangible results. He is supported by an amazing group of people – experts, equally as passionate about the customer experience.

Rebecca Neilsen

Senior Project Manager

Rebecca Neilsen is the Senior Project Manager, joining the team in June 2020. Rebecca brings to the team over 14 years’ experience in IT hardware support and is a qualified Prince2 Practitioner, one of the leading and most widely used project management methodologies recognised all around the world.

Rebecca has a wealth of knowledge and experience including, project management, business analysis, training, driving and implementing process improvement within QMS frameworks, managing call centres and expansive testing and implementation experience in field service management systems.

Rebecca manages the Project Management Office and is responsible for onboarding all new business and is the single point of contact for delivery of all deployment and rollout programs. Rebecca is fully supported by a team of technical experts, team leaders and senior engineers, project administration and a management team with over 90 years combined IT hardware support experience.

Jade Hoy

Service Delivery Manager

Jade Hoy is the Service Delivery Manager, joining the team in January 2021. Jade brings over 12 years industry experience in multi-national technology companies, delivering and managing IT hardware deployment and related support for retail, government, education, banking and finance, community services, healthcare and public transport.

Jade’s experience in IT National Operations Management encapsulated a number of key functions including service delivery, managing teams, managing deployments, logistics and warehousing. Leveraging Jade’s process driven approach, her experience also included preparing and delivering training programs, internal process improvement, building internal technical knowledge bases, managing service level KPIs and undertaking internal systems testing. Prior to this, Jade provided call centre support, before being promoted to senior, and then Team Leader, running a national call centre.

Jade is passionate about the customer experience, managing all aspects of Omnia’s breakfix and maintenance contracts and providing Omnia’s clients with a single point of contact for all elements of Service Delivery. Jade also supports the Project Management Office and the Business Development team, providing administrative support and co-ordination. Jade is fully supported by a team of technical experts, team leaders, senior engineers and a management team with over 90 years of combined hardware support experience.

Steve Kwas

Chief Technical Officer

Steve is the Chief Technical Officer here at Omnia, and joined the team in December 2017. Steve brings to the team over 20 years’ experience managing technical teams and delivering technical support, specifically for IT hardware support.

Steve is deeply passionate about technology, with a wealth of knowledge and expertise supporting numerous technology platforms including end user computing, POS and other transactional equipment, networking, server and mobility. Encompassing such industries as retail, grocery, public transport, payphone, fast food/QSR, hospitality, gaming, healthcare, lottery, government, corporate, banking and petroleum.

Steve is responsible for managing the imaging and staging centre, managing the Omnia Circle Service Management System, creating and delivering technical training programs and providing Level 2 and 3 engineering support. Steve is fully supported by a team of 260 senior engineers and a management team with over 90 years combined IT hardware support experience.

Joshua Vega

Solutions Consultant

Josh Vega is the Solutions Consultant, joining the team in June 2017 as a senior engineer. In this role, Josh managed the imaging and staging centre and lead deployment and maintenance teams in the field across numerous retail, grocery, petroleum and government rollout projects and break fix maintenance. Josh was appointed to the position of Project Manager in February 2019 until his appointment to a business development role in March 2020.

Josh has over 10 years practical hands-on technical experience, with a flair for the detail. His experience covers imaging, staging, upgrades, deployment, warehousing, logistics, end user support, data recovery, managed services, data sanitation, asset remarketing, asset disposal/e-waste and break fix maintenance.

Josh is responsible for the delivery of the Omnia Growth Strategy and account management for Omnia’s current clients. Josh is fully supported by a team of technical experts, internal sales support, team leaders, senior engineers, and a management team with over 90 years combined IT hardware support experience.
