Anthony Gerresheim
Co-Founder and Managing Director
Anthony Gerresheim is the Co-Founder and the Managing Director of Omnia Technology Group. Anthony has overseen Omnia’s growth as Managing Director, leading the company from start-up in January 2017 to today, operating with over 260 engineers across Australia and supporting some of Australia’s most recognisable companies and IT partners.
Anthony has held senior positions in Operations, Sales and Marketing in established and start up national IT hardware support companies. This extensive experience over 28 years covers all aspects of IT hardware support on a national and international scale. Encompassing such industries as retail, grocery, public transport, payphone, fast food/QSR, hospitality, gaming, lottery, government, corporate, banking, last mile logistics, petroleum, vendors and integrators throughout Australia and New Zealand.
Anthony is obsessed with the customer experience, leading a team of likeminded people with the vision to be the best, a respected and trusted advisor, offering a fresh and alternative approach to geographical deployment and maintenance of IT hardware.
Lathan Sutrave
Co-Founder and Director of Operations
Lathan Sutrave is the Co-Founder and the Director of Operations of Omnia Technology Group, starting the business with Anthony Gerresheim in January 2017.
Lathan managed an IT hardware procurement and fabrication business for over 15 years. Sourcing spare parts from around the globe to support IT maintenance and rollout project services, and specialising in end of life and out of warranty equipment. This extensive experience encompasses such industries as retail, grocery, public transport, payphone, fast food/QSR, hospitality, gaming, lottery, banking and petroleum.
Lathan manages all aspects of Service Delivery and creating collaborative high performing teams that deliver real value and tangible results. He is supported by an amazing group of people – experts, equally as passionate about the customer experience.
Sam Zhou
Business Development Executive
Sam Zhou is the Business Development Executive, joining the team in October 2022. Sam brings over 10 years of extensive sales, marketing and product management experience in the IT industry, across retail and distributor. He holds strong relationships with major channel resellers, wholesalers, national retailers, distributors and multiple vendors. Sam has a wealth of knowledge and experience including business development, relationship building, business analysis, account management, product management, vendor management, and strives to provide solutions that fit individual client needs.
Sam is responsible for the delivery of the Omnia Growth Strategy, exploring new business opportunities and also managing relationships with Omnia’s current clients. Sam is also passionate to help clients find the best fit IT solution and deliver the best customer experience. Sam is fully supported by a team of technical experts, internal sales support, team leaders, senior engineers, and a management team with over 90 years combined IT hardware support experience.
Matthew Thomas
Account Manager
With a diverse background spanning many industries and roles, Matt brings a wide range of skills and experiences to the table. His journey into the world of technology began at an early age when his fascination with computers and software ignited a lifelong passion for information technology. This early interest has evolved into a robust career built on a foundation of technical expertise, leadership, and a commitment to continuous learning.
Matt’s career has been shaped by a deep-seated enthusiasm for IT, cybersecurity, and process optimization. His technical acumen is complimented by a strong foundation in management, engineering, and safety, making him a versatile and adaptable professional. His keen eye for process improvement and dedication to staying at the forefront of industry advancements reflects his ongoing passion for technology and innovation.

Tim Lyon
Chief Technical Officer
Tim Lyon is the Chief Technical Officer here at Omnia. Tim has over 27 years’ experience managing technical teams, onsite deployment and project lead for medium sized businesses and enterprise. Tim has extensive technical skills in support and onsite deployment. Tim has an IT and electronic design background and is passionate about retail systems and technology. Tim’s technical knowledge and experience is extensive, covering Point of Sale, retail store implementation, office and data centre relocations, system builds and network design and implementation. Tim has supported many industries including retail, grocery, State and Federal Government, law enforcement, hospitality, medical, transport, banking, petroleum and telecommunications.
Tim is responsible leading technical teams on the ground, providing of level 2 and level 3 support internally and with our clients, providing pre-sales support and solution design, creating and maintaining technical documentation and beta testing. Tim is fully supported by a team of 260 senior engineers and a management team with over 90 years combined IT hardware support experience.
Avdhi Kabra
Project Manager
Avdhi Kabra joined the Omnia team as a Project Manager in June 2024. With over 8 years of experience in the IT industry, Avdhi brings a wealth of expertise in delivering IT & telco projects with excellence. Her career highlights include successful project delivery across diverse sectors such as finance, healthcare, education, retail, real estate, and non-profit organisations. Specialising in managing complex projects from start to finish, Avdhi ensures timely, budget-compliant, and high-quality outcomes. Her skills include aligning project deliverables with business objectives, utilising both agile and traditional project management methodologies to achieve the best results. Avdhi excels in leading cross-functional teams, maintaining clear communication, and staying focused on project goals. Her key strengths include strategic planning, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and client relationship building.
Avdhi is dedicated to continuous improvement, applying industry best practices, and fostering a culture of innovation and accountability. Since joining Omnia, Avdhi has successfully managed and delivered various projects, including site surveys and audits, network infrastructure rollouts, end-to-end logistics, and Intune upgrades for governments, emergency services, facilities management organisations, retail, and more across Australia, New Zealand, and the APAC region.
Chloe Durand
Service Delivery Manager
Chloe Durand is the Service Delivery Manager, joining the team in March 2022. Chloe brings over 5 years of service and operational experience within the IT Hardware industry, co-ordinating and delivering hardware deployment programs and providing single point of contact client BAU support.
With a keen focus on customer experience, Chloe aims to truly understand the needs and expectations of our clients, striving to create a seamless transition between our client and the greater Omnia service team. Chloe is passionate in expanding her technical knowledge, backed by a senior management team and senior technical experts with over 90 years combined IT hardware support experience. Chloe is also pivotal in supporting the Omnia Project Management and Business Development teams, providing support for pre-sales, program deployment and finally, transitioning our clients to BAU service delivery.
Bradley Williams-Cameron
Warehouse Assistant
Bradley Williams-Cameron is the Warehouse Assistant Manager, joining the team in July 2024. Bradley is a dedicated employee with two years of hands-on experience in optimizing warehouse operations and enhancing customer satisfaction. Known for his exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail, Bradley excels in streamlining processes to improve efficiency and accuracy in inventory management.
Bradley is tasked with a range of responsibilities crucial to the smooth operation of the warehouse. This includes overseeing and organization of inventory, ensuring that stock levels are accurate and that products are readily available to meet customer demands. This involves regular tasks such as receiving and dispatching stock, maintaining meticulous records, and coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
